Bookings

• A place is held for 15 minutes while you pay and is confirmed once payment succeeds.
• You can cancel online up to 24 hours before a session for a full refund. After that, contact us.
• If we cancel a session, for example because of weather or a coach being unwell, you get a full refund or a place in another session.
• Skating has a risk of falls and injury. Follow your coach's instructions and wear the protective gear we require.

Gear rental

• Rental gear is cleaned and checked between uses. Check the fit with the coach or our staff before skating.
• A refundable deposit is taken with each rental and returned when the gear comes back undamaged.
• Damage beyond normal wear, or gear that is not returned, may be deducted from the deposit. We explain any deduction.

Shop orders

• Prices and stock are confirmed when you check out. Items are held for 30 minutes while you pay.
• Pick-up orders are free. For delivery we call you with the cost before anything is sent.
• Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days.

School programs

School programs follow the quote the school accepts, including the price per student, the number of sessions and what is included.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack by card or M-Pesa.
